Please read below before you buy



Shopping Process

  1. NO DIRECT PAYMENT will be made in our system, so we would NOT ask for your credit card information.
  2. When using our Order System, please make sure your E-mail and other information is correct. We will NOT quote shipping to invalid address.
  3. The Order will Email to you and our Sales Team. If you don't get an Email within 5 minutes, please verify that your E-mail is working probably.
  4. Our Sales Team will quote you Shipping Method with Fee and Email back to you ( normally within 24 hours ).
  5. If you want to buy, please follow the instructions to pay or ask for paypal invoice by telling us what shipping method you want to use.
  6. If you don't want to buy, just ignore our Quotation Email. It's not a problem.

  • - For customers who want to collect on their own, we offer trading in Wan Chai MTR Station

  • What Payment Method is Accepted ?
  • - PayPal, Western Union Money Order ( MTCN only ), MoneyGram, Credit Card, Debit Card

  • Why the Order System did not show the Shipping Method and Fee directly ?
  • - We got a large volumn of sales everyday, and we don't want to inform our customer their paid items was sold out. We will check our warehouse before quoting our customer shipping fee.
    - As Different Countries' Shipping Fee is varies, our Sales Team would quote shipping method and fee to you.
    - It's not convenience but it's fair for our customers.



    Sales Terms

    Shipping

    1. We use Hong Kong Post unless your special request
    2. Method and Time: EMS / Express ( 3 working days ) , Air ( 1 to 2 weeks ), Surface ( 1 to 2 months )
    3. We ship with tracking number normally unless stated.
    4. We normally ship within 48 hours.( except holiday )
    5. All Shipping times is based on our experiences. If you find out the time takes too long, we will file a request to Post Office for you.
    6. NO refund will be made due to shipping delay. We are not Post Office nor CUSTOM, so we cannot control shipping time.
    7. NO refund will be made until Post Office official reply that the package is lost.

    Return Policy

    1. If item is broken when you receive it, please take a photo and we will refund you items prices and all shipping fee ( Partal Shipping fee if multiple items )
    2. If you find out items missing, please take photo of the packages and items and send to us. We use two persons to double check our packages and it shouldn't missed anything.
    3. ONLY items prices will be refunded ( NO SHIPPING FEE will be refund ) if the package is bound back from receiver country by any reason( e.g. custom, wrong address, unclaimed package, no receiver ). Please make sure your country is allowed such items and address is correct .
    4. If item is bound back due to incomplete / wrong address / receiver not claim / receiver not willing to pay tax, we will minus the return shipping fee from buyer item price.
    5. If you don't like the item due to any reason, please mail it back with trackable mail method. ONLY items prices will be refunded ( NO SHIPPING FEE will be refund ).
